About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience and Operations Manager to lead our team of 80+ Customer Service Officers and Customer Service and Sales Officers in delivering exceptional customer experiences across Yarra Leisure's centres.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Customer Service team in monitoring performance, providing feedback, training, and staff development opportunities.
  • Oversee day-to-day front-end operations across leisure centres, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Foster a constructive culture through effective leadership and communication, developing a positive and empowered Customer Service team.
  • Sustain and develop efficient administration work processes, ensuring all Customer Service staff complete tasks as required.

Estimated Salary Range:

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
