Customer Experience Operations Manager

Nuseed, a global agricultural innovator, is seeking an experienced leader to join our Customer Service Team as a Customer Experience Operations Manager. Located in Horsham, Victoria, this role offers a unique opportunity to drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence in the seed technologies industry.
About the RoleThis permanent position involves overseeing the day-to-day activities of a small team, ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, conducting regular reporting and analysis for informed decision-making, coordinating the canola seed portfolio, and proactively monitoring and managing issues that arise. The successful candidate will possess a strong customer-centric mindset, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach to work.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage daily tasks, provide training and development opportunities, and build relationships within the team.
- Maintain open lines of communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless operations.
- Analyze data and prepare reports to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Manage the canola seed portfolio, including order processing, dispatch, and customer communications.
- Identify, communicate, and resolve any issues that impact customer experience or operational efficiency.
