Customer Service and Administration Specialist

We are a leading manufacturer of corrugated cardboard box packaging, providing a full service offering from design and product testing to supply chain integration. Our team is passionate about delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
About the Role:
- This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service and Administration Specialist to join our team at our site in Queensland.
- The key focus of this role will be to provide high-level customer service support and administration assistance to both internal and external stakeholders via phone and email.
- You will be responsible for utilizing various applications to set up customers into our system and liaising with them regarding their order specifications.
- Additionally, you will manage cases within our CRM system to achieve recommended close-out times and effective resolution for customers.
- Prompt communication with suppliers and customers regarding order status will also be a key aspect of this role.
- You will ensure that customer queries are handled efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction, while developing strong ongoing relationships with customers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service and admin environment is essential.
- Experience in using CRM systems is required, and knowledge of SAP databases and Microsoft Dynamics would be highly regarded.
- An advanced level of attention to detail, accuracy, and quality is necessary, as well as strong communication skills with both inbound and outbound stakeholders.
- You must be able to prioritize important activities and problem-solve, remaining calm under pressure.
- Confidence in building relationships over the phone to resolve issues is crucial.
Compensation Package:
The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including opportunities for career growth and development.
