About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Administrator to support our operations team during a busy period.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
- Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems
- Assist with scheduling and calendar management
- Support with document preparation and reporting
- Provide general administrative support as needed
About You
- Strong customer service focus and team player
- Ability to accurately manage large volumes of data
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and advanced skills in Excel
- High level of attention to detail
- Organised with strong time management and multitasking skills
- Flexible and adaptable when prioritising and reprioritising
- Demonstrable experience working in busy and fast-paced environments

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package to successful candidates, including an estimated $60,000 - $70,000 per annum based on location and experience.
