Customer Service and Administration Officer Role

We are seeking a Customer Service and Administration Officer to join our team at KBH Solutions.

Job Summary

The Customer Service and Administration Officer will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, dealing with clients over the phone, email, and via our client portal in relation to their current loan account. You will assist with payment changes and soft collection discussions, answering general enquiries and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer enquiries regarding loan agreements and provide timely responses to resolve issues
  • Conduct soft collection calls to negotiate positive outcomes for customers
  • Assist the Sales team with administrative tasks and ensure seamless communication
  • Complete thorough consultations with clients, extracting personal and financial information as required
  • Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and assist debtors in meeting their debt agreement payments
  • Perform general administration duties, including data entry and document management
Requirements
  • Previous experience in completing financial applications or assessments is preferred but not essential
  • A working knowledge of key regulatory and compliance standards in relation to credit provision and debt collection
  • Excellent work ethic, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Ability to work autonomously, as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  • Target-driven, with a focus on exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Empathetic approach when negotiating with customers to achieve positive outcomes
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
