About the Role
This exciting opportunity is for a Customer Service and Administration Specialist to join our team at our Rocklea site (Queensland). The key focus will be on providing exceptional customer service support and administration assistance via phone and email.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level customer service and administrative support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize various applications to set up customers in our system and communicate with them regarding order specifications.
- Manage cases within our CRM system to achieve recommended close-out times and effective resolution for customers.
- Promptly communicate with suppliers and customers regarding order status when necessary.
- Ensure efficient handling of customer queries and satisfaction.
- Build strong ongoing relationships with customers.
- Previous experience in fast-paced customer service and admin environments would be highly regarded.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service and admin environment.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Proficiency in using SAP databases and Microsoft Dynamics would be highly valued.
- Advanced attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
- Strong communication skills for inbound and outbound stakeholders.
- Able to prioritize tasks and problem-solve effectively.
- Calm under pressure and confident in resolving issues over the phone.
