We are seeking a seasoned leader to head our category management team in the Pacific market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful category strategies that drive business growth.

Job Summary:

The Senior Manager, Category Management will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to create and execute category strategies that meet or exceed business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop category visions and strategies that align with business goals.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform category development decisions.
  • Leverage expertise in category management to optimize product offerings and pricing.
  • Lead direct reports to ensure timely execution of category plans and achieve desired business outcomes.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Sales, and Merchandising.
* Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute category plans that meet or exceed business objectives.
* Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
