Dynamic Category Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our category management efforts in Melbourne, Australia. As a key player in the team, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth across your category by crafting and executing strategies that deliver customer-centric, sustainable growth while surpassing sales and profit targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft and Execute: Develop and deliver compelling category plans that address evolving customer needs and ensure we stay ahead of market trends.
  • Collaborate and Negotiate: Build and nurture long-lasting supplier partnerships, negotiating mutually beneficial agreements that drive value for both our customers and the business.
  • Inspire and Lead: Lead your team with passion and energy, empowering them to create high-performing, customer-first solutions that resonate across all areas of the business.

As a Dynamic Category Leader, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our categories and lead them to success. You will work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and key stakeholders to ensure we are always ahead of the curve.
