Job Title: Senior Manager, Category Management

Job Description:

This role will lead the creation and execution of category strategies and range plans for a specific market. It ensures alignment with guidelines from Business Units & Global, driving growth and brand relevance across Originals and related categories.

The Senior Manager, Category Management will partner with a Director to develop winning category strategies for a Business Unit. They will validate category ranges against country architecture and market needs, leveraging deep understanding of the market landscape from both customer and consumer perspectives.

Key responsibilities include leading and inspiring direct reports across multiple categories, building strong relationships with Business Units, conducting in-depth category analysis, managing end-to-end calendar deliverables, and providing timely feedback on samples.
