Pursuit Manager

We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead our pursuit and bid efforts, ensuring strategic success in generating profitable business.

  • Develop win strategies and end-to-end pursue management of project opportunities within our Corporate practice.
  • Support panel opportunities and collaborate with key stakeholders to develop bids and proposals.
  • Contribute to the development of bid improvement and efficiency initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years' experience in a pursuit and bid role.
  • Strong technical capability in leading pursuits, including stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
  • Extensive experience developing win strategies and articulating themes, differentiators, and benefits.
  • Ability to manage and engage key stakeholders, as well as multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word and PowerPoint.
