Leadership Opportunity

The position of Assurance Pursuit Centre Of Excellence Leader presents itself as an exciting challenge for a seasoned professional. As the successful candidate, you will have at least 15 years' experience in pursuits or similar roles, with a proven track record of building relationships and winning work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with assurance markets and service line leadership to define the pursuit pipeline, including invest to win, retains, and geo priorities.
  • Oversee and contribute to the qualification and more process, as well as account excellence activities.
  • Manage resourcing using COE resources and liaise with oceania pursuits and commercial excellence leader on any additional resourcing requirements.
  • Connect with wider clients and industries teams and global assurance markets to find ways to work better together to increase win probability across audit and assurance advisory.
Requirements
  • 15+ years' experience in pursuits or similar roles, with a proven track record of building relationships and winning work.
  • Experience managing direct reports and allocating work.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload of self and team.
