Clients and Markets Advisors are pivotal to our firm's pursuit of client opportunities. This role is integral to enabling the firm to pursue, pitch, and deliver work in a way that's consistent, strategic, and effective.

In this position, you will work closely with the national team to help us make the most of each opportunity.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support and lead small-to-mid scale strategic pursuits from early positioning through to onboarding.
  • Work directly with partners to shape pursuit strategy, refine solution design, and ensure content reflects client needs, priorities, and differentiators.
  • Assist in handovers and onboarding, coordinating playbook materials and transition points for relationship teams.

This role requires a growth mindset, strong coordination and project management skills, commercial awareness, and excellent communication skills.

Key qualities include being proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

As a Clients and Markets Advisor, you will play a key role in how we grow, supporting major opportunities, improving our systems, and helping teams deliver with clarity and impact.
