**Job Title:** Assurance Pursuit Centre Of Excellence Leader

**Job Description:**

The Assurance Centre of Excellence (COE) leader is responsible for leading a high-performing team to drive business growth and excellence. They oversee the deployment of dedicated assurance resources, ensuring maximum impact, coverage, and win rate.

This includes managing a pipeline of critical pursuits across assurance, developing strategic engagement plans with key partners, and driving discipline, engagement, and better outcomes for the firm.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining pursuit pipelines with assurance markets and service line leadership teams
  • Overseeing qualification and MORE process activities to ensure efficient and effective delivery
  • Managing resourcing using COE resources and liaising with Oceania pursuits and commercial excellence teams on additional resource requirements
  • Collaborating with wider client and industries teams to identify opportunities for improved collaboration and increased win probability across audit and assurance advisory services

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • At least 15 years' experience in pursuit management or similar, with a proven track record of building relationships and winning work
  • Experience managing direct reports and allocating work to maximize productivity and efficiency
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively, both individually and as part of a team
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely
  • Resilience and a 'can-do' attitude to dealing with challenging situations and tight deadlines
