Leadership Pursuit Manager
As a pivotal member of our Sydney-based team, you will be responsible for driving the NSW Business Development Strategy.
You will lead high-value pursuits, coach stakeholders, and implement winning strategies that reflect our market positioning.
Drive strategic pitches and pursuits, aligning with the NSW Business Development Strategy.
Partner with senior stakeholders to develop win strategies and deliver compelling client engagement tools.
Implement our pitch methodology across high-value opportunities in NSW and the Pacific.
Collaborate with designers and leaders to create engaging visual storytelling and client-centric presentations.
Coach teams and deliver training programs to strengthen BD and pitch capabilities.
Introduce innovative tools and processes to elevate pitch quality and consistency.
About You:
Degree qualified with 7+ years' experience in BD, Bids and Tenders, Pursuits, or Strategic Marketing and Communications.
Proven success in B2B environments with a strong understanding of the market landscape and client priorities.
Experience delivering content that is clever, client focused, fit for purpose, creatively persuasive and compelling.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
Proactive and tenacious approach, with a passion for creative problem solving, collaboration and elevating business development strategies and content for clients.
Ability to think strategically, be agile and innovative, think on your feet and be creative and coachable.
