Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the achievement of business objectives as a Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach teams in agile methodologies, modeling the agile mindset and encouraging adoption of best practices.
  • Plan, set up, and facilitate meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, review, and retrospectives, ensuring effective collaboration and progress tracking.
  • Assist the team in achieving its goals by understanding and addressing blockers/impediments that may hinder progress.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the team remains focused on its objectives and develops strategies to address emerging risks or opportunities.
  • Monitor progress, analyze data, and develop change strategies to improve performance and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Develop and implement processes to drive improvement and innovation within the team.
  • Review and refine the product backlog with the Product Owner, prioritizing tasks and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in Agile environments will be highly regarded.
  • Australian Citizen with a baseline clearance will be preferred.
