Agile Project Management Professional

Our organization is embarking on a generational change initiative to replace its aging technology and deliver business benefits. A high-performing delivery team is required, led by an effective project manager to build an agile project culture and manage daily activities.

The successful candidate will provide the following deliverables:

  • Facilitate project planning, backlog preparation, refinement, prioritization, daily meetings, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Identify risks and issues, advising the Program Manager of any significant risks to delivery
  • Manage and work closely with the agile team and numerous stakeholders
  • Coach and transfer knowledge within the organization and agile teams

Key responsibilities include:

  • Transfer skills and knowledge to staff members
  • Maintain appropriate documentation according to organizational policies and practices
  • Develop and maintain Project Increment (PI) Plans, Daily Plans, Test Plans, Risk and Issues logs, and Reports related to delivery performance and governance

This role requires a highly organized and effective individual to drive the success of the project.
