Job Description">

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Leader to work closely with Product Owners, Delivery Managers, and development teams to contribute to the successful delivery of projects within our organization.

The ideal candidate will be able to lead teams and mentor staff for continuous improvement to a high standard, while also exhibiting leadership skills and highly developed communication and facilitation abilities to cultivate effective collaboration and a cohesive team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and services
  • Lead Agile teams and facilitate workshops and meetings to drive project momentum
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in
Requirements">
  • Proven experience working in Agile software development environments and guiding delivery teams to consume Agile development toolsets
  • Agile leadership through a deep understanding and appreciation of all roles and responsibilities of a delivery team and the ability to nurture and focus activities in line with Agile methodologies
  • Experience leading teams and mentoring staff for continuous improvement to a high standard
  • Highly developed communication and facilitation skills to cultivate effective collaboration and a cohesive team culture
  • Demonstrated industry-based knowledge and experience in delivering complex large-scale projects within SAFe framework
  • Able to adapt in challenging environments while continuing to deliver valuable outcomes

  • Experience in Azure DevOps and other cloud-based platforms
  • Experience leading multiple multi-disciplinary teams and facilitating cross-functional collaboration
  • Prior experience in data and analytics platform projects and related technologies
