Job Title

A position is available for a skilled Agile Scrum Master to join a close-knit team that works with clients on-site.

The team has a diverse mix of skills and encourages cross-training, requiring flexibility from its members. The role involves working closely with the product development team and customer product owners to ensure timely progress and desired quality levels.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and coordinate scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospectives.

  • Identify and troubleshoot obstacles hindering team progress.

  • Communicate project development status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

  • Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.

  • Ensure the team adheres to the Scrum framework and Agile principles.

Requirements

  • Certification in Agile methodologies, Certified Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Familiarity with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence.
