Agile Project Delivery Lead

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Delivery Lead to lead and manage end-to-end Agile project delivery, including planning, backlog refinement, sprint management, scope, dependencies, risks, and milestone tracking across cross-functional teams.
About the RoleThe Agile Project Delivery Lead will facilitate Agile ceremonies and workshops, support the Product Owner in defining goals, refining backlogs, and engaging key stakeholders. The role also involves coaching and guiding teams towards self-organisation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, fostering a high-performing delivery culture.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage Agile project delivery, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including product owners and executives.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Proven experience delivering enterprise programs and projects in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Advanced proficiency configuring and maintaining Agile tools.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and methodologies, plus Design Thinking and Human-Centred Design principles.
- Skilled communicator and facilitator with the ability to energise teams, build relationships, and manage stakeholders through negotiation and collaboration.
