Job Title: Agile Facilitator

The role of an Agile facilitator is to lead and coach teams in Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage project scope, timeline, and resources effectively.
  • Coordinate regular meetings, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Agile facilitation, including leading, coaching, and guiding Agile teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, engage team members, and provide accurate reports on project progress.
  • Track record of delivering technology products using Agile approaches in large-scale environments.
