Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead the delivery of Enterprise Data and Analytics Branch programs. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in agile project management, with expertise in Scrum methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead program delivery using agile practices, processes, and tools, including sprint planning, scrum meetings, iteration reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Develop comprehensive delivery backlogs with top-down planning, effort estimation, and task tracking through DevOps processes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and analyzing risks, issues, opportunities, and developing change strategies.
  • Design and implement agile operating models and strategies based on localised context and requirements.
  • Facilitate and lead complex agile ceremonies, providing recommendations and managing outcomes through servant leadership.
