We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Professional to join our dynamic team at AU082 HONAN OPERATING CO PTY LT. As an Insurance Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth management of a portfolio of accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the maintenance of effective working relationships with insurers and clients.
  • Provide assistance in all aspects of client service and assisting with the management of a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high quality customer service.
  • Build relationships as a trusted and strategic advisor through face-to-face client meetings.
  • Maintain the up-to-date management of databases, information systems and organisation company records.
  • Liaise with Operations Team to process invoicing and related policy documentation.
  • Prepare information and documentation for Pre-Renewal and Broking meetings.

Requirements:

  • Relevant general insurance experience in broking, 2 plus years preferable.
  • Completed Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance qualification.
  • Professional indemnity insurance experience an advantage however not essential.
  • Strong relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in a client facing role.
  • The ability to learn new skills and concepts.
