We are seeking a skilled and driven culinary leader to support the pre-opening and operational rollout of new dining concepts across multiple outlets.

Job Summary

This key leadership position works alongside the Executive Chef to ensure a seamless launch and long-term success across full-service restaurants, grab-and-go, pool bars, and conferencing facilities.

You will bring a structured, hands-on approach to operations while supporting menu implementation, team development, and kitchen efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support pre-opening and operational rollout of new dining concepts across multiple outlets.
  • Work with the Executive Chef to ensure a seamless launch and long-term success.
  • Contribute to menu implementation, kitchen efficiency, and cost control.
  • Develop and lead kitchen teams, providing coaching and performance feedback.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced hotel setting.
Requirements
  • Relevant culinary trade qualifications.
  • Minimum 3 years in a Sous Chef or Head Chef role within a hotel or restaurant.
  • Experience in kitchen operations, team leadership, and cost control.
  • Background in both hotel food production and a la carte service is highly regarded.
  • Pre-opening or rebranding experience is a strong bonus.
  • Clear communicator with strong attention to detail, task planning, and accountability.
