Job Summary: As a Pizza Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for food transportation, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining on-time delivery. You will also be cross-trained in store operations, including answering phones, preparing food, cleaning, and other tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver food orders promptly and enthusiastically
  • Be time-sensitive to customer promise times and strive to meet or beat them
  • Maintain the presentation of your vehicle and wear the required uniform to make a positive impression
  • Manage time effectively on the road and in the store to reduce customer wait times and build customer loyalty
  • Create a positive rapport with customers on the phone, in the store, and at their homes
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Greet customers, take their order, and prepare the meal
  • Provide excellent service, treating customers with respect, dignity, and courtesy
  • Work as part of a team to achieve the highest standards possible
  • Ensure order accuracy and completion
  • Follow proper cash handling procedures and safety precautions

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Fired up to handle day-to-day challenges in a fast-paced work environment that may be stressful at times
  • Ability to accomplish tasks and build customer loyalty with minimal supervision
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license/automobile insurance
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure, always be honest and punctual
  • Enjoy interacting with people
  • Good listening and oral communication skills
  • May be required to lift up to 40 lbs
