You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that customers receive their orders on time and in excellent condition. Your role will also involve cross-training in store operations, including answering phones, preparing food, and cleaning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver food orders promptly and enthusiastically
  • Maintain presentation of your vehicle and always wear the required uniform to make a positive impression
  • Manage time on the road and in the store to reduce customer wait times and build customer loyalty
  • Create a positive rapport with customers both on the phone, in the store, and in their homes
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Greet customers, take their order, and prepare the meal
  • Provide excellent service, ensuring you treat customers with respect, dignity, and courtesy
  • Work as part of a team to attain the highest standards possible
  • Ensure order accuracy and completion of order
  • Follow proper cash handling procedures/safety precautions
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Fired up to handle day-to-day challenges in a fast-paced work environment that may be stressful at times
  • Ability to accomplish tasks and build customer loyalty with minimal supervision
  • Reliable vehicle/must possess and maintain valid driver's license/automobile insurance
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure, and always be honest and punctual
  • Enjoys and likes interacting with people
  • Good listening and oral communication skills
  • May be required to lift up to 40 lbs.
