Job Description:

A Food and Beverage Supervisor is accountable for overseeing the daily operations of Food and Beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional Guest and Member experiences while collaborating with the team to achieve departmental targets.


The primary responsibilities include:

  • Supervising Food and Beverage Outlet operations
  • Communicating and delegating tasks to the team
  • Maintaining compliance with brand standards
  • Providing timely and efficient resolutions to guest queries
  • Representing the needs of the team
  • Assisting Food and Beverage management in achieving financial objectives
  • Supporting Food and Beverage management in training and developing team members
  • Participating in annual and mid-year performance evaluations with team members under their responsibility
  • Ensuring adherence to hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation
  • Embodying environmental awareness
  • Collaborating with other departments as needed and fostering good working relationships
