Job Description:

  • Oversee daily and weekly food preparation planning, shift allocation, and rostering to optimize kitchen operations.
  • Manage budgets and cost efficiencies while championing safety and quality throughout the kitchen.
  • Lead a team of chefs and catering attendants in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with HACCP and WHS policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Trade qualified (Cert III) with experience as a Senior Sous or higher.
  • Proven track record in managing diverse cross-functional teams and driving process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of HACCP, Food Safety, and QA principles.
