Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Professional to join our team.

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to all guests, ensuring seamless execution of food and beverage operations, and providing guidance to team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the food and beverage service team to achieve high standards of efficiency, friendliness, and professionalism.

  • Assist with roster preparation to optimize staffing levels and minimize costs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.
  • Holding a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
  • Strong knowledge of various beverages, including beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails.
