Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Food Services Manager to lead our food and beverage team at a leading resort. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring efficient operations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of food and beverage staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and revenue through effective product knowledge and suggestive selling.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of beverages, including beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality setting.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certification.
