About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Administration Officer - ALAC. This role will provide administrative support to the Albany Leisure and Aquatics Centre business units, ensuring courteous and professional reception and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Leisure and Aquatics Team
  • Ensure excellent customer service and reception delivery
  • Support the Customer Service Team in the delivery of all ALAC operations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong customer service focus
  • Ability to work within a team to assist in the delivery of all ALAC operations
