About the Opportunity

As a key leader in our organization, you will be responsible for driving growth and improving profitability in Australia, in accordance with our strategic vision.

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive commercial expansion and revenue growth.
  • Lead a high-performing team and set people management agendas through development programs, performance evaluation, and succession planning.
  • Pursue opportunities to strengthen our brand and influence among external partners by collaborating with distributors to support market development and drive sustainable growth.

The ideal candidate will have 10 years' experience in commercial or business development, project management, or a related field, with a strong background in B2B sales and stakeholder management. You will also possess excellent leadership, organizational development skills, and the ability to think holistically to 'see the big picture'.

You will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive commercial expansion and revenue growth. This will involve leading a high-performing team and setting people management agendas through development programs, performance evaluation, and succession planning.
