Job Title: Senior Commercial Property Manager

About the Role:

This is a senior-level position in commercial property management. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants, as well as overseeing lease administration and managing arrears and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships to ensure smooth operations and high client satisfaction.
  • Oversee lease administration, including rent reviews, renewals, and renegotiations.
  • Manage arrears, outgoings, budgets, and compliance requirements to ensure financial stability and minimize risks.
  • Conduct inspections and prepare detailed condition reports to ensure accurate documentation and prevent disputes.
  • Liaise with contractors, tenants, and owners to coordinate capital works, fit-outs, and make-good projects.
  • Use advanced property management software to streamline communication and reporting, ensuring seamless operations and optimal results.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial property management.
  • Strong understanding of retail/commercial leases and outgoings.
  • Skilled in lease administration and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in property management software (Released/Cirrus8) and MS Office.
  • Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (QLD).
