  • Manage end-to-end site delivery of architecturally designed commercial facilities.
  • Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, programs, and quality control on site.
  • Work closely with internal design, construction, and development teams to bring resort precincts to life.
  • Ensure site safety, compliance, and smooth coordination of all on-site trades and works.
  • Report on progress, budgets, and potential risks, while leading site meetings and inspections.

What We're Looking For:

A hands-on, solutions-focused site leader with strong commercial construction experience.Someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-quality environments and knows how to drive programs to completion.Experience working on resort, hospitality, or public-use buildings highly regarded.Solid understanding of building codes, WHS, and relevant regulations.
