Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Delivery: Manage commercial project delivery, including business system rollouts and process improvements.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team of professionals in property, parts, and projects.

About You:

  • Senior Leadership Experience: Proven experience as a senior leader in a commercial or operations role, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of commercial principles, including pricing, margin management, and cost control.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop plans that align with business objectives.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization.
