We are seeking a Senior Commercial Contract Manager to join our team at Essential Energy. As a pivotal player in the energy industry's future, we cover 95% of NSW and parts of southern QLD.

This role will be based within the Essential Energy footprint with the ability to work from home in a hybrid work environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in advancing contract management maturity across the Asset and Operations division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert commercial advice to drive continuous improvement and enhance contract management practices.
  • Lead compliance efforts and collaborate with Procurement to support strategic initiatives.
  • Develop training to elevate contract management skills within the team.

About You

You are an experienced professional in commercial contract management with a strong foundation in risk management and strategic planning. Ideally, you have demonstrated success in improving contract management processes in a corporate setting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Degree in Business or related discipline or demonstrated capability through past employment experience and/or relevant qualifications.
  • Driver's License.

Benefits

We offer competitive remuneration, commensurate with skills and experience, 16% Superannuation and a nine-day fortnight. We also provide employees with a broad range of benefits including 26 weeks paid parental leave, learning and development opportunities, and Health and Wellbeing programs.

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is between $124,478 p/a.
