High Rise Commercial Contract Lead

We are looking for an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to lead our team on a brand new $100m high-rise commercial new build project. This is a unique opportunity to progress into a Contract Manager role and contribute to the company's continued success.
About the Role- As a Senior Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all facets of the head contract and subcontract process, from tendering to post-project completion.
- You will have in-depth knowledge of contractual matters and be able to communicate this effectively to the project team.
- You will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure accuracy of records and timely communication of all project details.
The successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering, with minimum 10-12 years of experience in negotiating and letting contracts across various trades. Strong knowledge of the head contract is essential, as well as experience on construction projects in the commercial sector from $50m-$100m. Proficiency in Jobpac or CHEOPS is advantageous.
We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have exceptional client management skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, and excellent time management skills.
