Job Description

The Senior Contract Negotiator will play a critical role in providing commercial and contracts advice to management, ensuring compliance with Boral's Contracts and Commitments Policies and Procedures.

  • Provide comprehensive commercial/contracts advice to management.
  • Negotiate client contract terms and conditions, identifying non-favourable clauses and drafting as well as finalisation of contract documentation.
  • Actively participate in the handover from tender to project execution.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in Chullora, with access to our online Learning & Development platform, SkillBuild, and support networks including the Boral Employee Assistance Program.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrable experience in performing a similar role.
  • Proficiency in structuring contracts and drafting legal provisions.
  • A strong level of experience and knowledge in contract law and relevant experience in contract negotiation.
