We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Contracts Professional to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing contracts, variations, and subcontractor engagement across various projects.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring accurate pricing, managing project risks, and maintaining healthy project cash flow. You will work closely with the project team to develop effective contract management strategies and mitigate potential contractual risks.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have a proven track record of success in complex projects, excellent financial analysis skills, and a deep understanding of construction contracts. You should also possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively manage client and subcontractor expectations.

What We're Looking For

  • A relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a similar field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Excellent financial analysis skills, including cost management and forecasting.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A deep understanding of construction contracts and their application in the Australian construction industry.
