About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join our senior management team, reporting directly to the Construction Manager and Director. This key role will involve overseeing commercial aspects of projects, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement: Identifying and engaging subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to meet project requirements
  • Financial Management: Managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and coordinating payments
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of contracts, agreements, and correspondence
  • Negotiation and Contract Administration: Finalizing contracts, resolving disputes, and ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Cost Control: Monitoring and controlling project costs to ensure timely completion within budget
