Key Responsibilities:
- Work with and advise corporate clients directly on commercial matters, providing entrepreneurial, pragmatic, business-oriented advice related to client contracts.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across teams, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts in an in-house setting.
Requirements:
- 5+ years PQE, preferably in an in-house environment.
- Experience working on various commercial contracts, including SOWs, NDAs, MSAs, and vendor, procurement, supply chain, service, and customer/sales agreements.
- Strong risk identification and management skills, as well as contract planning experience.
- Contract template creation or contract database management experience highly regarded.
