About the Role

This critical role will involve managing substantial subcontractor and supplier packages, contributing to the successful delivery of the project. The Senior Contract Administrator will be responsible for managing and coordinating a large range of subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with contract terms and timelines.

  • Manage and coordinate subcontractor and supplier packages;
  • Lead the administration of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) subcontractor packages;
  • Assess subcontractor claims and external variations;
  • Review, negotiate, and finalize subcontract terms and conditions;
  • Administer subcontractor performance against scopes of work and construction program;

We are offering a competitive remuneration package, including a base salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have opportunities for growth and development within our organization.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Commercial, Legal, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration for civil infrastructure projects;
  • Well-developed knowledge of contract and commercial/finance management principles;
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills;
