">PFD Food Services is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Development Manager to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop and maintain key customer relationships, driving business growth and revenue.
">Key Responsibilities
- Maintain exceptional service levels for existing customers, ensuring close liaison on a daily and weekly basis.
- Secure new business with customers while maintaining sales and business requirements with existing accounts.
- Ensure customer delivery and customer service expectations are fulfilled.
- Identify potential areas for growth within existing accounts.
- Advise customers of the total PFD product range and supply price trends.
- Advise manager and sales team of critical considerations or developments affecting customers and key accounts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in learning a product range quickly.
- Good understanding of the food service or FMCG industry.
- Previous account management experience.
- Superior selling and negotiating ability.
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Solid computer literacy.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive remuneration package, including superannuation and other staff benefits such as discounts on staff purchases, discounted accommodation, health insurance and banking.
Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum
