PFD Food Services is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Development Manager to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop and maintain key customer relationships, driving business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain exceptional service levels for existing customers, ensuring close liaison on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Secure new business with customers while maintaining sales and business requirements with existing accounts.
  • Ensure customer delivery and customer service expectations are fulfilled.
  • Identify potential areas for growth within existing accounts.
  • Advise customers of the total PFD product range and supply price trends.
  • Advise manager and sales team of critical considerations or developments affecting customers and key accounts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in learning a product range quickly.
  • Good understanding of the food service or FMCG industry.
  • Previous account management experience.
  • Superior selling and negotiating ability.
  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Solid computer literacy.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive remuneration package, including superannuation and other staff benefits such as discounts on staff purchases, discounted accommodation, health insurance and banking.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum
