About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Business Development Manager to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving enterprise sales growth by selling our Human Capital Management (HCM) product suite to key customers across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy tailored to your territory's market plan to drive enterprise sales growth.
  • Identify and cultivate a robust pipeline of potential clients by leveraging your business acumen and commercial knowledge.
  • Utilize your sharp business skills to negotiate and close deals with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Ensure that our CRM is updated in a timely and accurate manner, providing sales reporting to track pipeline progress and aid in financial forecasting.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the Human Capital Management industry, encompassing Workforce Management, HR, and Payroll.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills to forge strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Able to articulate and showcase the unique value of our Humanforce solution, aligning it with the business goals and interests of prospective customers.
