The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled Product Support Engineer with 3-7 years of relevant industry experience. This role is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to join our growing Engineering team and contribute to the development of our organization's capabilities.
As a Product Support Engineer, you will collaborate with our customers, integration and field service engineers, and production organization to deliver successful product support and drive continuous improvement. You will apply problem-solving skills to respond to stakeholder needs, determine and implement design updates, and plan implementations.
This role offers a unique chance to learn from experienced engineers, lead our up-and-coming talent, and work with state-of-the-art airframes in our world-class facility. You will have the opportunity to drive the best available technology in a collaborative, innovative culture that recognizes performance and celebrates success.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct test and reviews of physical products
- Generate technical content and provide training to internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with design engineers and other stakeholders to address non-compliance issues and develop effective solutions
- Apply a structured approach to working, with the ability to deliver despite ambiguity
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a relevant engineering discipline, particularly Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering
- 3-7 years of relevant aerospace or mechanical engineering industry experience
- Experience with 3D design software and simulation tools, such as Siemens NX and Advanced Sim
- Experience in Product Lifecycle Management software, such as Siemens Teamcenter
- Good working knowledge of CASR Part 21
