The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled Product Support Engineer with 3-7 years of relevant industry experience. This role is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to join our growing Engineering team and contribute to the development of our organization.
As a Product Support Engineer, you will collaborate with our customers, integration and field service engineers, and production organization to achieve successful product support and continuously improve our products. You will apply problem-solving skills to respond to stakeholder needs, determine and implement design updates with associated certification, and plan implementations to improve our organizational capabilities.
This role offers a unique chance to learn from experienced engineers, lead our up-and-coming talent, and work with state-of-the-art airframes in our world-class facility. You will drive the adoption of best available technology in a collaborative, innovative culture that recognizes performance and celebrates success.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct test and reviews of physical products
- Generate technical content and associated training for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with design engineers and other stakeholders to address non-compliance issues and develop effective solutions
- Apply a structured approach to working, delivering results despite ambiguity, and thriving in a highly autonomous environment
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a relevant engineering discipline, particularly Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering
- 3-7 years of relevant aerospace or mechanical engineering industry experience
- Experience with 3D design software and simulation tools, such as Siemens NX and Advanced Sim
- Experience in Product Lifecycle Management software, such as Siemens Teamcenter
- Good working knowledge of CASR Part 21
