The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Product Support Engineer with 3-7 years of relevant industry experience, passionate about technology and innovation.
This position is within our growing Engineering team, providing opportunities for building new organizational capability.
As a member of the Electrical Engineering team, you will collaborate with customers, integration and field service engineers, and our production organization to achieve successful product support and continuously improve our products.
You will apply problem-solving skills to respond to stakeholder needs, determine and implement design updates with associated certification, plan implementations, and continuously improve our organizational capabilities in test, technical data, and training.
Key Responsibilities- Apply problem-solving skills to respond to stakeholder needs
- Determine and implement design updates with associated certification
- Plan implementations and continuously improve organizational capabilities
- Collaborate with customers, integration and field service engineers, and our production organization
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline, particularly Avionics, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering
- 3-7 years of relevant industry experience
- Demonstrated experience in conducting test and reviews of physical products, systems, and PCBAs for embedded systems
- Demonstrated experience in technical content generation and associated training to internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles with an ability to advocate for the customer with internal stakeholders
