Client Services Role

BSI seeks a highly skilled professional to manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage key accounts from planning to certificate issuance
  • Issue proposals to existing clients as and when required
  • Implement the Keep the Client Programme
Operational Functions:
  • Deliver a prompt, friendly, and professional service to customers
  • Maintain an effective interface with interested parties to ensure a seamless client journey
  • Manage existing client system certification through advanced notifications on audit due and plan for the audit in accordance with BSI KPIs, policies, and procedures
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
