Job Overview

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Proposal Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end proposal process, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.

 

As a Senior Proposal Development Specialist, you will collaborate closely with our leaders and technical experts to create standout, client-focused proposals using Adobe InDesign. You will also proactively engage with Principals and work with the Business Development team to coordinate and prepare submissions, wider client engagement content, and business information.

 

The successful candidate will have proven experience in proposal development, ideally in architecture, design, or a related field. Advanced Adobe InDesign skills are essential, as well as strong organizational skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a sharp eye for detail.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end proposal process, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions
  • Collaborate with leaders and technical experts to create standout, client-focused proposals
  • Coordinate and prepare submissions, wider client engagement content, and business information
