Proposal Development Specialist

The Proposal Development Specialist will play a crucial role in the creation and submission of high-quality proposals. This involves coordinating all stages of proposal development, from initial planning and content collection to formatting, reviewing, and submitting proposals on time.

  • Maintain a centralized repository of templates, project case studies, and past submissions.
  • Ensure that reusable content is current, relevant, and effective.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to ensure efficient and collaborative execution of proposals.
About You
  • 1+ years of experience in proposals, administration, business development, or a similar role.
  • Experience in developing and coordinating high-quality proposals and tender submissions.
  • High level of proficiency with document development software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF.
  • Strong written communication skills with high attention to detail.
