Senior Proposal Development Specialist

We seek a skilled professional to lead the development and submission of high-quality proposals for major project tenders. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing proposal processes from kickoff to submission, ensuring deadlines are met.
This role involves proactively managing and coordinating with internal departments, including engineering, estimators, legal, quality assurance and operations. You will deliver high-quality tender outputs that meet business strategy requirements.
Key Requirements- A degree in engineering, business or project management
- Experience in tendering, business development, procurement, estimating, risk or project controls
- Strong knowledge of the power, water and energy sectors
- Excellent influencing and communication skills, including proposal writing expertise, facilitation and presentations
As a strategic thinker, you will develop and implement tendering strategies aligned with business objectives. You will manage proposal processes, coordinate with stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of high-quality tender outputs.
